3 day old moon

Here's a much reduced mosiac of the 3 day old moon, taken 30/11/08 @ 5pm from a cold & windy hill-top in Wales, using my 8" LX200, DMK21AF04.AS & Lumicon HA filter.
The seeing with the moon at that altitude (approx 5 deg!) was pretty dire & the wind didn't help much either. The detail in the full size version is very soft but it has sharpened up quite nicely at this scale.
